Wireless mouse:

Wireless mouse is a mouse that sends signals to the computer without a card, Bluetooth mice are commonly used with tablets, because most tablets have Bluetooth built in. They can also be used with a computer that has Bluetooth via an adapter.

Wireless mice that use other radio frequencies come with their own transceiver that plugs into the USB port of the computer. Most wireless mouse use radio frequency technology to communicate information to your computer. Being radio-based, RF devices require three main components.

1.RF Transmitter:

A radio frequency RF transmitter is usually integrated inside the mouse. The mouse records its movements and buttons that are clicked and then sends this information via radio signals to the receiver.

2.RF Receiver:

The receiver, which is connected to your computer, accepts the signal, decodes it and passes it on the mouse driver software and your computer’s operating system. The receiver can be a separate device that plugs into your computer, a special card that you place in an expansion slot, or a built-in component.

3.RF Frequencies:

Wireless mice mainly use radio frequencies to transmit data from the mouse to the computer. Earlier mice operated at a frequency of 27 MHz, which had limited range. But newly designed mice operate at 2.4 GHz which gives them greater range, about 100 to 150 feet.

Gaming mouse:

 Gaming mouse are specifically designed for use in computer games. They typically employ a wide array of controls and buttons and have designs that differ from traditional mice.

Gaming mouse are high-precision, optical mouse designed for use with PCs and game controllers. Gaming mouse have some feature like multiple buttons for added flexibility and functions such for adjusting dpi rates, wireless connectivity, optical sensor, motion feedback and two-way communication.

Gaming mouse often function as an interface for PC-based computer games and sometimes for video games. They are able to make small motions in the game to make our gaming experience easy.

The left button usually controls primary fire and the right button operates secondary fire. The right button also provides additional options for a particular weapon such as allowing access to sniper rifle or allowing the mounting of a silencer.

Gamer  can use a scroll/roll wheel for changing weapons and for controlling zoom magnification.
